Does the "10% + 5 levels" go in both directions or is it the total amount of levels you can pk 2nd. is having 25k in junk REALLy worth it if yes, wats good junk? "10%+5" is counted from the HIGHER leveled person. For example, I'm a 101, that means i would be able to attack people 15 levels below me, but at the same time, a 117 can also atk me because "10%+5" of 117 is 16. Dunno if that made sense.
