I doubt the prices would be any different because the store still needs to tax the prepaid card. If you do not cancel your membership before your 30 days run out you could end up with a banned character. When a person's membership comes up for renewel and Jagex is not able to renew with your current payu option, your character will end up temporarily banned. If Jagex can't renew your membership with that card then they just don't renew your membership. If they did ban people if their membership can't be renewed then I'd be banned right now.
