Now, normally when you operate a skillcape, it gives you a +1 stat bonus to the skill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I just noticed, when I wear the cape, it automatically gives me the bonus.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Is this suppose to do that? Hidden update? Bug?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trimmed attack/crafting capes if it means anything, and when I alternate capes, it alternates 100s, without even boosting them myself.

It's been that way for as long as I remember.

I think it automatically operates when you put it on, but you have to operate it again once it goes down to keep the bonus there.

Ah. Alright.

 

 

 

I guess I just never noticed it automatically boosting when I wore it.
