With the Hallowe'en update. A quest came out. As a reward for this Quest you will be rewarded with a broom.

 

 

 

After completing this quest, Opening the Quest Journal you can get better rewards for your Broom!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I Did the first 2 on the list. From the first one I get Mage xp. From the Second one', They gave me a broom update! I can now teleport to the garden minigame (Dont know the name).
