this doesn't come as some reward or item gained during the quest. I think someone posted in General or in the Pic/Vid thread sticky something like that, take a look there.

If during Temple of Ikov you sided with the Guardians, then you will get this.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If, like me, you sided with Lucien then you won't.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Basically it's Jagex doing some housekeeping for the new uber quest. Lucien obviously needs to have the staff in his possesion otherwise it's going to screw up the storyline, and the people who did side with the Guardians would have been like "omg how did Lucien get the staff!".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This effectivley allows Lucien to have the staff, whatever path you chose.
