Depends on how much money you have to spend, I personally use SS to train strength but if you can't afford that and can't use D scim then the next fastest would probably be the D long.

If you mean Tipiter then mabey, but if you mean would you be able to get one off of it yeah probly becuse of all the massive godwarers but you would have to buy it at med atleast.
