He is p2p based on his current stats.

Also based on your stats you do not have much money to spend on gear so your ideal set up will probably be:

Helm: Archers Helmet (Must complete Fremennik Trials)

Body: Black Dragonhide Body

Legs: Black Dragonhide Chaps

Gloves: Black Vambraces

Amulet: Amulet of Glory

Cape: Accumulator (Must complete Animal Magnetism)

Boots: Snakeskin Boots

Ring: Ring of Wealth

Book: Zamorak Book (If you don't it already, you wont get it anytime soon)

As for your weapon I strongly recommend Bronze Knives, I have been using them since 40 range on my new pure (now 91 range). As for what NPC to train on I would probably say Fire Giants (Waterfall Dungeon), Ogres(King Lathas' Training Ground), or Ice Giants(Chaos Tunnels).

GLOVES: Black [bleep]y ones are better, Barrows if you have them.

AMMY: Use a fury if you have it.

RING: I'd actually say dueling for convenient banking since wealth won't do much at low levels.

SHIELD: Right, if you don't have a zammy book you'd be better with nothing at that slot, unless you need defense.

For weapon, Rune xbow with broad bolts is slightly better than knives when I tested. Use those if possible.

Of course, if you can wear Armadyl, Robin, or Ranger Boots, wear those too.

Black [bleep]y give no range bonus over normal Black.

Fury has the same range bonus as a glory, this guy does not have money.

A ring that does something is better than one that doesn't.

Guthix book also gives +4 range but it is difficult to get.

Broad bolts are only better on higher defence monsters, bronze knives are better for low def monsters which people should be training on.

Accumulator is a quest reward from Animal Magnetism.

Fire giants are in Waterfall dungeon, that's probably the best place to range them.

On Fury and [bleep]y Vambs: They do give better overall bonuses. If he has spare money, he should get them. (Especially the [bleep]y Vambs, they're what? 1.5k more expensive?) Don't you agree the def and pray bonuses the fury provides are better than the glory's? So then if he was money, go for it. He may not have money now, but with a little effort, that can easily be changed in members.

Forgot about Guthix Book, oops. All the god books are insanely hard to get now though, the pages at least.

He's at fire giants now. That's the same place I did my test.

EDIT: Bronze knives: You'll want low level monsters like Yaks or Ogres. Yaks are your best bet if you wanna keep your ammo. For best efficiency, slay that ranged xp to hit 55.

im trying to buy accumalator cape form ge and it says no such thing :( were are fire giants?

The accumulator is from the Animal Magnetism Quest.

I also suggest getting the Spined helmet. No need to do the frem quest. Its way cheaper than the Archer Helm and gives the same bonuses, along with good defence too.

If you want to train with speed, use bronze knives, otherwise, just do whatever you were doing before, 77 is pretty high.

You can access fire giants in many places, Although they're mostly talking about under the waterfall, you need to do the waterfall quest to access this place.

I mean train the slayer skill, but range your tasks, don't melee (you want ranged xp after all right?)

I recommend using mith bolts for tougher monsters, and bone xbow/bone bolts for weaker ones if you want to use an xbow. Knives are generally better though.

okay so im using knives what do i train on and were? im knew to members :( sry about this what type of food?

If you are just training chances are you won't need food.

If you are slaying, that might change. Pineapple pizza is awesome, monkfish will do just fine though.

For locations, there isn't many to choose from with good xp. You got caged ogres, yaks, and fire giants for xp right now. If you want money, go to Aviansies.

Err, I've anwsered that first question already. Waterfall is best.

For avians, there are many guides in the General guides section.

Regarding the shield slot, if you cannot get a god book, then a spirit shield has no negatives to range. It also weighs very little, so that would be better than nothing. And I kill my fire giants in the smoke dungeon under pollivneach(sp?), it is usually empty, and there is a spawn that can be safespotted near the entrance(shoot across the edges of the lava pool).

The quest points in the stat pic above this message is wrong, disregard it.
