November 5, 200817 yr It's generally useful for fighting things with really high defence. Personally I've used it for Kalphite Queen, the higher level shades in shades of morton, some fun dueling, and pretty much any other monster that has high defence and I could actually fight with it on (ie not dragons).

First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me.
