A zammy chick turns into a zammy bird at 100%, but do you gotta let it grow to 100% again to make it a hawk? And as a bird does it still eat the same thing as when it's a chick? >_

When it grows into a bird you have to feed it normal fishing bait, not ground. Also you do have to let it grow 100% again before it turns into a hawk.
