Guide to killing dark beasts?

I just got 90 slayer and was immediately given a dark beast task. I searched the forums here and couldn't find any good posts related to how to best fight them, how to get there, etc.

 

 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Death altar teles are the best to use

 

 

 

Unicorn and sgs tanking in bandos is the most cost efficient and imo best way to do beasts(always profit even if you dont get a bow)

 

 

 

your other option is praying the whole task in prosy and if you want 10%/piety (very expensive and will usually net you a fairly big loss unless you get a bow)

Edit: also be sure to use whip and defender here (even while tanking/praying)

You can also use void melee if you have a godsword, but youll have to use protect from melee.

 

 

 

Oh, and you can flash piety if you want, it wont drain your prayer points as fast.

He said that they are his task so void melee is a terrible Idea. You use proselyte + slayer helmet + prayer melee.
