An Avatar And Signature Please?

Hi, because alot of the avatars I use get rejected due to size, I was wondering if anyone could make me one? If so, here is the picture I'd like to use:

 

 

 

 

And I'd like a signature since the one I have is kinda plain. Heres the pic:

Do you want some effects or other things added to those images or are you just looking for someone to resize them to avatar and signature size?
