They all buy in the ge, most of them at near mid price. The only one that differs is AGS which flucuates a lot. Currently I think you can get it below max price though.

Depends on the circumstance. Right now you could probably buy most at med or lower. SGS was plummeting recently (2 weeks ago) and I wouldn't have been surprised if you got one at minimum, but if that happened a few months ago I would be shocked.

If you wish to buy a GS under med price you can put and offer to hilt.

 

 

 

Once BGS was 36,5M and i could got hilt for 35M (Hilt was 1M less + 500k under price).

 

 

 

It always works, unless when its upping a lot =P~
