Slayer->either black mask or slayer helm(if you have done smoking kills)

For the rest i'd say helm of neitiznot is best.

Slayer helm/black mask for slayer.

Neitz/Zerker for random training.

Robin hood hat/God coif/Archer helm for ranged.

Ah hood for magic.

Neitiznot has pratically the same defense bonuses as Dragon Med with +3 strength and prayer bonuses. It also has no negative penalties on mage and range attack bonuses (accuracy, in other words), making it a good help to multi-combat with.

For range, I heard the black d'hide coif is one of the best.

For mage, you're better off using either Ahrim's Hood or Farseer's helm. NOte that Ahrim's hood degrades even ifi you're in a safespot, and Farseer's is hard to sell.

Slayer helm/black mask for slayer.

Neitz/Zerker for random training.

Robin hood hat/God coif/Archer helm for ranged.

Ah hood for magic.

Overall, I'd choose Neitiznot Helm.
