slow pc : will new broswer make it faster for playing rs?

i have a slow pc (windows 98..) its all updated and everything no spyware or adware... Will firefox make playing runescape less laggy, or does it matter?

No, using Firefox to play Runescape will not decrease your lag.

As Merc said upgrading your internet connection will greatly improve your speed, also add to your RAM that really helps.
