You use the fairy rings to get to the Fisher Realm,blow the whistle, mine a load of gold, go back under tower, blow whistle, go to ring and bank in Zanaris. It's usually empty and not far from a bank, plus there is no need for confusing teleports, just climb up the ladder and bank.
