November 19, 200817 yr i got 99 att when i was 84 str and 89 defence if that helps. around 80 str is all you NEED for training imo, and around 85 def should do you fine at most places. Dagganoths, zombie monkeys, ankou/undead rooms, dt skeletons, or just slaying are good trainers Want to be my friend? November 19, 200817 yr Your def is already OK for your level, but I recommend getting 90 strength first. Some people get 99 attack just to make strength easier to train! November 19, 200817 yr For my 99 Attack I started at 84 83 82, trained on the Giant Skeletons in Damis's lair. They're easily afkable, you only need to check every once in awhile to check hp and if they're still aggressive.

I never burnt out.. I guess it being my first 99 might have helped. :roll: You could also do slayer, I'm doing that for 99 strength now.

I guess no1 took breaks with their first 99 o.O I went from 80-99 fletching non-stop.
