yanille.. i believe there's some mithril rocks there. quite useful if you're banking it too.

With 57 summoning, you can get have the aid of a familiar and use kyatt pouches/duel rings.

 

The pouch lasts 50 minutes and you can mine around 750 ore with it when concentrating, truly the fastest way to mine iron.

Like everyone else said, I'd go with Yanille. Normally empty... so have fun with those rocks :)
