I. Introduction: (Copied from the KB)

"Turkeys, being large, meaty, delicious creatures, are naturally considered one of the best of birds at holidays. The Lumbridge Castle Cook has discovered this fact, and imported a number of them to begin a new festive tradition. Unfortunately for that hapless chef, some of the turkeys were more intelligent than he realised and managed to escape. Can you help him find out where they are hidden so that his feast can go ahead as planned?"

II. Goals:

Either find 10 Turkeys or kill 10 Turkeys.

III. Method 1 (Find the Turkeys!):

"It's a bad day to be a turkey Hidden Turkeys

Much like Penguin Hide and Seek, there are ten turkeys concealing themselves in an array of disguises around Misthalin and Asgarnia. If you spot one (by spying on them in exactly the same way that you might spy on a penguin), they will give you a hint to find another turkey. If you spot all ten, you will be awarded with a fabulous cornucopia. To help you keep track of these turkeys, you can get a book from the brother of the Lumbridge Castle Cook. "

[This method is way longer to get to the reward, but is very fun if you like to play Hide and Seek] Make sure to get a book from Cook's Brother in Lumbridge Castle to keep track of you findings. After finding all 10 turkeys, report back to the Cook's Brother for your rewards.

IV. Method 2 (Kill the Turkeys!):

"Turkey Carnage

Should you prefer a more direct approach to get to the sweet flavour of turkey drumsticks, you will find undisguised turkeys waddling about in groups throughout Misthalin and Asgarnia. Killing them will reward you with turkey meat (either whole or a single drumstick) or a cornucopia. They're simple creatures, so should prove little challenge for determined turkey-eaters. "

[This method is way shorter to get to the reward, but is fairly not the Holiday Spirit Event] You could kill these Turkeys behind Draynor Bank. There's about 10-20 of them there. Took me about 5 kill for the rewards. If you ever get the Horn of Plenty drop, you will then receive your Emote as well.

V. The Rewards:

[hide=Rewards, do not look if you can't bare awesomeness]*A Horn of Plenty

*A Turky Emote

VI. Conclusion:

"Turkey meat can be cooked (giving you 30 Cooking experience) and then dined upon to restore a small quantity of health. Imagine the delightful meals you could have in your house, savouring the aroma of freshly roasted turkey with your friends!

The cornucopia is a curious horn, into which you can put all manner of foods, then tip them out at once. In basic terms, this means you can use other foods on it until it has 14 Hitpoints' worth of healing inside. You can then click on the cornucopia to automatically heal that much.

You can only have one cornucopia; if you lose yours, you can get another by speaking to Diango in Draynor Village. When you receive your cornucopia, you will also unlock a new emote (note that you will only unlock this emote if you find a cornucopia during the Thanksgiving event).

Just for a change, we're allowing players to get cornucopias after the event has finished. If you've missed out on getting one from the turkeys, you might be interested to know that certain birds may drop them after the event has ended. "

I hope you like my Guide and wish you lucky during this Thanksgiving =]

Nice guide.

I went to draynor manor and there was a bug wher ethe turker was stuck in the woods and kept respawning there :D I killed it a couple times (30ish) and got the cornocopia.

You do not have to look at the floor when trying to obtain the cornocopia. It will appear in your inventory as well as a message that telsl you you have unlocked the emote.
