I have no clue if it's any help at all, i've not even started the quest or anything, but i hope it's some form of help. If not, oh well. (obviously ignore the ask for assistance part, the thread was actually about assisting it, not smithing itself). You need the 3 dragon parts Must have activated the forge.(using 3 fire waves on each dragon head inside the mithril door) After that take the 3 dragon pieces , with your friend who has 99 smithing, ask for assistance, now smith the pieces together using FUSION HAMMER.
