November 28, 200817 yr 1-800-4MYXBOX There's a menu, go through it, eventually you'll get ahold of an Indian guy. Hopefully you can understand the accent, sometimes it can be tough. Follow their instructions, it's just easier to do everything even if you've already done it. Trust me.
