2.Do they hit often if you have 45 def with rune plate/leg zerker helm and rune defender ?

 

3.are the higher lvl better or the lower lvls?

Do the haunted mine quest, just use the tip.it guide. The guide will also say how to enchant it.

Ankous fail

 

If you can find a world where theres only you and one more person at MOST, fine, but for your levels they hit kinda often and arent that good.

 

Some better things include chaos druids for one.
