November 30, 200817 yr Before I go ahead and do this quest, I'd like to know the benefits other than ghostly warriors, and, if ghostly warriors really are worth it. P.S. I read the guide  Also, if they *really* are worth the quest, then what should I wear whilst killing them? Most of the ways to kill them in the guide require Bunyips Guthans and another is for a rune pure. Any info would be nice, thanks. I dont need a siggy no moar.
November 30, 200817 yr If you want a place to camp with good xp + good drops and easy to kill they are what you looking for. Do the quest
November 30, 200817 yr Ghostly Warriors are one of the best combinations of profit and xp available for melee training. The reason bunyips and Guthan's are so highly recommended is because they allow you to camp there for extended periods of time; however, you can survive fine on regular food if you're willing to bank more often. It's worth doing the quest, although with 70 prayer you may prefer armoured zombies. You should wear standard melee gear with salve ammy: Helm of Neitiznot > Zerker helm Salve ammy (e) > Salve ammy Barrows gloves > dragon gloves > regen brace > combat brace Bandos plate > Guthan's/Torag's/Dharok's plate > Granite plate Bandos tassets > Torag's/Dharok's/Verac's legs > D skirt/D legs Dragon boots > rune boots > climbing boots Zerker ring > warrior ring > ring of wealth > Jennica's ring And you should use super att/str potions--the faster kills will easily pay for the cost of the pots, just in the drops. Remember to bring Jennica's Ring and a lockpick or you can't access them. Bring alch runes as well for the steel plates. Whip and defender are preferred, or sara sword > d scimmy for strength training. If you don't have salve ammy (e), it's worth getting. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP
November 30, 200817 yr Author 1. Hate bandos, waste of epic cash that I dont have atm lol 2. Dont have salve ammy e and will get eventually, 3. Bad internet so I'll use ring of life (but jennicas ring is needed to get in so maybe that?) Setup would be Neiti Glory ('til salve (e)) CB brace (cbf getting rfd gloves higher atm) Dharok body Dharok legs Dragon boots Obby cape Whip/ D long Rune defender That ok? I dont need a siggy no moar.

No, you really want the salve ammy (e) here. Think about it this way. You could get it now, or you could get it later. Either way, it'll take the same amount of time to obtain, but if you get it now, you can start using it sooner, whereas if you get it later, you'll have wasted all this time you spent using a glory instead. Other than that, your setup is perfectly fine. The ring slot isn't really very important here tbh. You could just as easily use a ring of duelling to teleport away afterwards...they have a max of 5, so you're not very likely to die. So don't worry too much about that. November 30, 200817 yr Author Yeah I've been thinking of what I need the salve ammy on and if these guys dont really work out first run with glory then im not going to bother until I get a salve-needed task.. I just hate quests and dont like doing them until they're needed lol I dont need a siggy no moar.
