I've stumbled upon something today that I've never seen before. It all started as I was running past Shilo Village and saw this:

 

 

 

 

 

 

I immediately teleported with my Karamja gloves and when I arrived found this:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I've never heard of these before. Are they new? What do they do? Do they pop up anywhere in the runescape world? Are they useful? This is the first time I've seen something in Runescape that caught me by surprise lol.
