ok so i just got 180 trolls for my slayer task. I want to know if it would be effective to range them. And if it is are there any safe spots in their habitats? oh yeah i want to fight mountain trolls...not ice trolls or whatever. BTW my range is 79 :( so can anyone help me? that's all i guess...thank you ::'

They have a good range defense, all that granite I guess. I always melee with a halberd. That doesn't solve your problem if you are looking for range experience, though.

that stinks :( yeah i wanted to range ebcause i wanna get 80 range lol. thanks anyways...guess i'll just have to do that stinky melee -.-

There is a hut at death plateau that has some ranging safespots if you are set on ranging.
