Rune Armor Set, Player-Owned House.

No I assume.

Anyone assisting on the armour set must be within a certain distant away from you, so he must be in the house with you (if you check on the sextant, you are technically miles away to the west). However, you cannot have a friend in your house while building mode is on and thats the only way you can build it.

So logistically impossible.

When are trying to lend something, the word to use is borrow. Not barrows, which is a mini-game.

Ah, but I thought for the Dragon Platebody you could get someone's assistance who was outside of the cavern?

Regardless of where you heard that, that is wrong.

The KB reinforces what I say:

http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarti ... cle_id=536

To stop assisting someone, simply click the 'x' in the top-right corner of the Assist System interface. If the person you are assisting wanders too far away (20 squares), you will automatically stop assisting them.

Again, you are more than 20 spaces away from them.

I didn't hear it; this is why I thought that:

Den's video on making the Dragon Platebody.

You don't see his buddy there until after he finds out that he can't use assistance for creating the Dragon Platebody.

However, there are several possible factors (this video was made before you were allowed to assist, I'm sure) you're probably right.
