Anyone assisting on the armour set must be within a certain distant away from you, so he must be in the house with you (if you check on the sextant, you are technically miles away to the west). However, you cannot have a friend in your house while building mode is on and thats the only way you can build it. So logistically impossible. If the person you are assisting wanders too far away (20 squares), you will automatically stop assisting them. Again, you are more than 20 spaces away from them. I didn't hear it; this is why I thought that: Den's video on making the Dragon Platebody. You don't see his buddy there until after he finds out that he can't use assistance for creating the Dragon Platebody.
