How long 1 dose of strength potion last?

Is it random time?

Will your strength constantly be reducing by 1 after took the dose?

I want to know how worth it is for exp lv up, not for pvp, please tell me if you know the number.

with all stat boosting potions I believe each 1 minute you go down 1 level.

Str pots boost by a % of level so it depends by level how long they last

It's equal to the amount by it boosts (level boosted times one minute) though it varies slightly depending on when you took it. RuneScape characters' stats run on a set cycle, and all of your stats will reset themselves once a minute, at the same time. So if you took a strength pot right before your stats reset yourself, and the pot raised your strength to 100, it would revert to 99 right away.

Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
