well i'm not sure if many other people have this problem but i sure do, contacting your opponent.

 

i'm gmt +8 which is australia we probably make up my guess is 5% of runescape and our timezone is anywhere from 8-12 hours difference to the other 95% of the world so i decided to make a clan chat purely for dmr so it helps me and everyone to organise fights ingame

 

 

 

rather than just copy the dmr lists i thought i'd get you if you're a part of dmr to post here and i will add you onto the clan chat friends list so it helps to see who is actually active

I don't think this will be of much use, but I might as well put my input on this.

 

 

 

If there is problems connecting, trying to get a match set up, then why not use Personal Message? That would be the best way without having to go in game, in my opinion. While I do see a use with this chat being used at a later time and date (when beta testing is over and there is a great amount partaking) then it could really be used for general chat and locating others in game. But until then, I personally think it won't be of much use.

oh and uh i tried the whole pm thing to get connected, it was actually the_maddest that pmed me and said another one of my challenges was only so i kinda got the idea from that so if who ever is a part of dmr is in the chat it'd just make it a bit easier to get connected by seeing who is online ingame

You guys can use it, it isn't like I am telling you guys to stop. If it works, then go with it. I personally don't think it would go far while we are still in this status. So in other words, use it if it works for you guys.

There should be an official IRC chat on the Tip.it server for DMR. This would allow people to discuss rules and even set up DMs. :
