Have you all seen him? What do you think he's up to? As far as I know, he was introduced with the While Guthix Sleeps quest, but is not part of the actual quest. If he is, then sorry, this topic can be closed. Thanks to all those who have messaged me concerning a revamp of my Range-Slayer guide. EDIT: Oops, let me rephrase XD with the While Guthix Sleeps quest, but is not part of the actual quest. He is part of the quest. You capture and interrogate him.
