Uses: When operated you can recover 25% of your Prayer points (only able to do this once a day). It also grants access to a new Emote (Only available by Operating the item.) Notes: If you destroy/lose the buckler, you can get it back by talking to Redbeard Frank in Port Sarim. Examine: "A buckler shield from Falador."
