Location: Obtained from Redbeard Frank after completing all the Beginner Tasks in the Falador Achievement Diary.

 

 

 

Uses: When operated you can recover 25% of your Prayer points (only able to do this once a day). It also grants access to a new Emote (Only available by Operating the item.)

 

 

 

Notes: If you destroy/lose the buckler, you can get it back by talking to Redbeard Frank in Port Sarim.

Thanks serpenteye! we had a skeleton of this item but did not have the alch values so I've added them and credited you (we do try to credit someone who posts non-KB info in "our" forums before we release the item, especially when you post stats ).
