My kitten wont grow the last 5 %

just wondering why my kitten is stuck on 95% and its not getting hungry anymore... it is a hell kitten, is that the reason? i have no idea why its not growing to 100% to become a cat..

Feed it until it's hunger is at 0%, give it a ball of wool to play with, give it raw fish to eat, give it a bucket of milk, idk but one of these has gotta work. Also try catching rats in the Varrock Sewers.

Yeah I just suggest doing anything that you can do with it in the game. Talk to it, feed, log out back in. Just wait a while, it should grow into a cat.
