It's about 1/500 like it was said above, but it took me about 1460 to get my last one, and before that my drop rate was about 1/300 so it's always very random.

Yea I would have thought betwen 1/300 to 1/500. I've had two drops before in a task of 150 odd Horrors

My sig says how many I've gotten and I've had about 8 or 9 Cave Horror tasks before. I think 1/400 sounds about right
