From 63 (when you can start catching red chins), you need about 48k of them to reach 99.

do you mean 99 ranged or 99 hunter?

im sry i mean range sry haha. so buying them for range.

Don't start with chins, unless you have so much cash you don't know what to do with yourself.

 

Try other methods first, because unless you're rich then chins won't be your best choice.

i dont consider im rich but i got 5 mil i can spend it on because i got all my armour and stuff i need.

haha i got lvl 1 hunter :( only thing i would get for it is the cape haha

tbh I think you should hold off on the chins till 90+ ranged. At 80, I don't think it's worth it.

Each chin is around 200xp (a little under before 90, a little over after 90) if used correctly (plus 200 is a nice number to work with)

 

 

 

Level 83 = 2.6mil exp

 

level 99 = 13mil exp

 

 

 

83-99 = 10mil xp (yes not accurate but close enough)

 

 

 

10,000,000 / 200 = 50000

 

 

 

50000 chins (vaguelly)

 

 

 

So yeah, don't use them just yet
