It's a good idea, but seriously, theres too many "If's" involved.....

Yes I am a girl. No, I won't be your girlfriend.

I like the idea, especially for those annoying dogs in the Brimhaven dungeon. I'm in there trying to do a slayer mission, and I end up killing as many dogs as I do fire giants.

Someone said something about the nature ammy being the newest in a long time. Au Contraire - the binding necklace is less than two months old, and the burthorpe necklace was added in January (or so). So adding new neckware isn't something that hasn't been done in a long time.

Repel amulet affects against triggered attacks. No the repel attack would not work against triggered attacks, such as the Zamorak monks, paladins, Kalphite guards, etc. It would also not work against special attacks like the wall-beasts in the Lumbridge slayer dungeon or the ghasts in Mort Myre swamp.

The main drawback here is that you won't be wearing your combat enhancing amulet - glory, power, strength or defense. Theoretically, you could switch amulets after you start a combat and again as you finish a combat, but that costs you a "move segment" which gives your opponent a free swing at you. Also, once you've engaged an opponent, that opponent will continue to pursue you until you've been away from combat long enough (ten-second rule or whatever it is).

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but, I am not sure you realize tht what you heard is not what I meant.

There is no actual time rule for the NPC"S that chase you, its a distance thing, I remeber some highly agressive creature was attempting to chase me for about an hour.

I don't know what the real rule is for NPCs, but I'm sure it's not *just* a distance thing. There's definitely also a time issue. Anyone care to elaborate?

What creature chased you for an hour, Crim?
