chris924
EDIT: uh, sorry scratch that, didn't realize it was for lower level f2p cooking sry. uh, not too sound like a tool but pretty much cooking in general is fast and easy. I hear rogues den is closest bank to a cooking source and cooking gauntlets are a necessity.

basiliko
There aint much stratagems to cooking until level 30 or so. So just cook shrimps/raw meats instead. The Haraguroi Club: Where Yandere Thrive for Chopping
Kellis
Cook whatever until 30s at least. It flies by, seriously. After that, fish are good because you catch them (fishing exp) and there's no ingredients or preparation. Wine, at 35, is very fast but also horribly expensive. Zimbu
When you reach 20 or so cooking I recommend the fishing shop in Port Sarim. You can buy sardines there for 5gp each and chop and burn the oak outside for a fire. Just cook and drop. At 40 swich to trout (catch these yourself at barbarian village). I think the no burn level for trout is somewhere around 42-44, so you won't burn that much at the start. At 57 swich to salmon, because 57 is the no burn level (or is it 58?). Only cook things that you can't burn if they are higher than trout. When fishing and banking at barbarian village remember that the route west from the yews is faster than the one east from them. It's amazing how most people use the east one even though it's clearly slower.
eias
Lumbridge is good because the range is close to the bank, also Rogue's den is the best because it's the closest, but it's P2P.
dorcus1
Back in the day, I camped out at the lumby chicken farm. Pick up the raw chicken that everyone else leaves behind and cook them. Drop the cooked chicken. Repeat. Otherwise, just cook what you fish. Draynor village has a fishing spot and some trees. Fish by sea-baiting, and cook the fish. By 40 cooking or so (cooking exp comes really fast), you should move on to trout, salmon, and beyond. "The best defence is to stay out of range" - French proverbBad luck happens.
