What's a skilling war?

Hi, I was thinking about joining a skilling clan. But I have one question: What is a skilling war? Is it when two skilling clans compete to see who can get more iron ore (or something like that), or is it when two skilling clans actually fight like regular wars? I'm confused.

Whoever gains more exp in a skill/overall/per person. Lots of variations.

I've been in skills wars with WG and they are fun. In ours you picked two skills and gained as much exp as you could in it. We had teams of like 5 people in each. The winning team and highest people got signatures and banners.

 

 

 

Do any skills clans actually do like clan wars for fun? I would think they would.

Well I've heard of clans that are both warring and skilling based.
