I read Corr was having some trouble cause of losing so much stuff in PKRI. TT and DF seem more likely to stay in the top. I don't follow the top clans all that close so maybe it is someone different entirely.

I predict that WG community will be stronger than ever this year. The leadership we have is awesome right now. Good Luck to all the clans in the New Year. \

I've been in skills wars with WG and they are fun. In ours you picked two skills and gained as much exp as you could in it. We had teams of like 5 people in each. The winning team and highest people got signatures and banners. Do any skills clans actually do like clan wars for fun? I would think they would.

I didn't realize that there was a difference, but I'm on same server as most of the clans. :) Stop by anytime.

Of course we would love to have visitors. Stop by and chat a bit. I'm going to have a public sections for everyone to visit in the forum as well. The members will have many friends in the game that may just want to stop in and post something to us.

I have an irc lobby now for everyone to hang out in. Guys will be welcome and I hope I don't have to kick them. Come by and get to know me and some of the girls. I'm up to about 5 members now. The channel name is #ttb_lobby. I am working on getting the forum and ts all set up for us.

This is a great idea for my lil bro. I was going to sew him a strength cape to play in, but he won't have it before Christmas. :wall: I guess a x-box controller charger and gamer gift card will have to do. LOL I always give him something rs for Christmas. Since the update last year, it hasn't been so easy to give him stuff.

I don't know that I've ever been described as a "mean girl". I do have my first member I decided to make a cap of 30 members for now. I will let males only join in a ratio of 1 guy to 4 girls as a clan friend. I am hoping it will help with keeping the guys honest.

Cabbage teleports by the ring?? Have to be careful or you could oops during a war. But the ring is awesome for alot of things. The prices of certain things is probably one of the bigger changes too with ge. Shark prices seem to have gotten more stable with pvp going on now.

This is so shallow of me, but I joined my first clan because of a guy I liked.

Thanks everyone for the positive support. I agree a girls vs guys events might be alot of fun. If I end up with guys in the clan, when they are found out I think a post of shame would be possible to deter others. lol

Well I know there are certain traits we have as females. But really those can be faked like other things get faked. It will have to be a trust and bond of friendship. Idk once a guy gets in a whole community of females he might just be like omg they only want to talk fashion and flavors of ice cream. I have had experiences with males as my female friends before. Guys approach life differently and their RS accounts alot of the time shows that too. I don't believe I will get to many wishing to be alternate lifestyle really. If I get 1k apps, I'll be worried for sure. I'm thinking ts is a must for applying. Random checking on that maybe. But then again that can be faked I suppose.

I totally agree with that too. But guys would get bored with female chat and sick of stuff we like. If I have a lil higher requirements it will stop them from training a second acct to just join in.

I'm in the process of starting a Female Clan. I have a few interested in joining with me to just have a nice community and things. What I want is an opinion on if you think I will get females that want to join. It is not to be sexist or anything but I think it would be nice to have the ablility to have more female rs friends since there are less of us. My current clan has 5/85 or something like that. Would I be allowed to post on here about this clan? Just in the beginning stages. All opinions will be appreciated. Thanks. I'm thinking to get more serious players that a total lvl and combat requirement might be necessary too.

Good fight UBH. I was at this war. The response after the war was great from UBH. They are a really nice clan. Our clan was so happy and it was nice to hear how everyone had a good time and alot of fun. Thanks everyone who came to make it so enjoyable. Rachellove ~WG~

I am rather new to this forum, but it was suggested on our clan forum to visit this forum. I visit RSC but I don't post to often. The flaming gets bad on there sometimes. I was happy to read that moderators are not abusing power of locking and moving threads. I find that totally annoying. I have to say that I enjoy reading this forum more than rsc personally. It may be because I am not 12 lol. WG is a combination of war, skill, and community clan. I like to read about all that, so dividing the clans up may cause me to actually read less.

WG has some issues with this. Our rules are different for the lobby then the main channel. If anyone gets to out of line, even members tell them not just leaders. I think it has greatly improved. I first started hanging out in WG lobby in Dec 07. We are allowed to govern ourselves with council stepping in as needed on this. There are more strict rules about sexual talk.

Our clan has strick rules about one item pk. You are not to go to pvp worlds even with friends to one item and can be punished for it. We have had big discussion on our forum and it has been made clear by the leaders they think of it as NH tactic. They have even kicked and banned members for such things since pvp has come back. We are not allowed to tele away either. All this is seen as bad for the honor of the clan and we are always a representation of our clan not just when we are with them. I however am allowed to fish or skill in pvp worlds and carry one item to protect myself. Even a home tele would be allowed in this situation. I only go to p2p worlds to skill never to f2p worlds.

I've been in two clans. I like how founders have certain power and respect in the clans. They have the most to lose after all. It is them who starts and nourishes the clan as it grows. An active council who plays rs, forum active and irc active is really best. If your staff and leaders are respected and able to lead well, you have less trouble with the little stuff. If you choose to have council for your clan they need to be dedicated to be active and fair. This is the goal to grow and have a team of leaders. Some positions should be appointed while others may need to be elected. Members need to know that council has final say, but council needs to respect the opinions and listen to its members. The clan I'm in is wonderful in the way the leadership and members make up an awesome family like community. I really would not change much in how our leadership is handled. I find less rules and more member self-governing is good also. You should not have to be running around like their mother scolding all the time. Only stepping in when needed and making it clear what will happen when rules are broken. Stick by whatever the rules are for all members and don't show favorites. Good luck starting your clan.

That's always me. I am not to good at war, but required to go for attendance. I love my clan enough to abide by the rules. So it stinks I have to go along, but hopefull in 99 years or longer I might improve. I'm like almost always at the bottom of the f2p member list. Somehow they still loves me. I think cause I'm a helpful and caring part of our community. Maybe see it from the other side too. Believe me war is the last thing I really want to be doing on RS. I'd rather be cutting my wood or fishing or well almost anything else even farming. For me the clan is my extended family and really close friends. We confide in each other and enjoy laughing and chatting together. War is really the bonus for us. Rachellove9~~~~Wilderness Guardians
