You only need to be able to take the boat to Neitz to be able to kill the yaks so nothing much required. Aslan Posted December 22, 2008 Share Posted December 22, 2008 With 47 thieving you can pick-lock the door at the Blood Rune Tower near the Ardougne West bank.Look for the tower on the map that is posted on tip.it.
