My name's Jon I'm 16 years old, and I'm new to the TipIt forums. I have been using TipIi for ages now, but only just joined the forums. I figured this would be a nice place, for not only me to keep a record of my journey, but to let others know how I'm getting on.

 

 

 

Anyway, incase you didn't know, I'm going for 99 FireMaking. I've had this goal a while, but for some reason, never did anything about it. So, i've decided to stop putting it off, and finally get it!

 

 

 

I've bought enough maple logs to take me all the way to 99, and with newfound patience (which seems to disappear when real life kicks in) am going to burn every last one of them!

 

 

 

I started this goal at EXACTLY 83 FireMaking, and heres my current stats:

[hide=]I havent trained FM in between the 27th Dec - 1st Jan. Instead, I was ranging at blue drags because i felt the urge to get a firecape, so I needed cash and better a better ranged lvl. I made about 11M off the bones and hides, and managed to get from 77 - 83 ranged whilst at it. However, as usual, now it's done I don't feel any urge to get the firecape whatsoever.

 

So, to cut any dissapointment, I bought full guthans for when i eventually do go for it. Aswell as a little bit extra.

 

 

 

 

 

90FM - achieved 3rd of Jan.

 

 

A couple of friends were at the GE at the time, so they decided to come over. After, we went to my PoH and ate cake that my butler made. yummmm cake *drools*.

 

Can't wait, guthans looks horrible without an acheivement cape.

 

 

 

 

 

91FM - achieved 5th of Jan.

 

 

No friends this time. But im gunna stick with leveling up by that orange guy, because hes K00L

 

 

 

After i did a little calculation, i figure I can one level a day, up until about 97, from when ill one every two days (rough). although, tbh, I might sell some stuff when i reaches that point to buy some yews and hopefully carry on one level a day.

 

 

 

 

 

92FM - achieved 6th of Jan.

 

 

Again, no friends because they were busy. But, IM HALF WAY!!!!

 

 

 

 

 

78ATK - achieved 7th of Jan

I was taking a break from FM, and decided to go to TzHaar and got 78 atk, Weeeeee!

I think i might spend an hour or so at PC now, and use the points to level hp seeing as its about 40k away.

My Combat Set-Ups

depends what im trying to kill, but i might replace the ancient staff with a water staff or something (if in safe spot) but if the things that im killing attack me, then i stick with ancient staff for auto-cast.

 

 

 

Mage-Tank:vvv

 

 

Basically a harder to kill version of the Ancient Set-Up. But also means its harder for me to kill others. Has its good and bad points.

 

 

 

D Scim:vvv

 

 

I use d hide because any that requires better armour, I tend to use the whip.

I use guthans because I tend to need it, and have no rune because im a noob and proud \ :thumbsup:

Originally bought for fight caves, but lately ive been using it to kill tzhaar. (Had obby shield drop! yaayy)

Depends what im killing, I migh use rune X-Bow with mith, or emerald (e)'s and a zammy book (or anti-fire)

Pretty self explanitory, used when i dont need armour.

I just got fed up walking around with legends cape, lol. and seeing as I've always wanted 99 fm (love the cape, and its one of the skills I [strangely?] find fun) thought that I'd give it a go.

 

Unfortunately, I used all my money those logs lol, but it'll be worth it!!!!!!!!!

i would suggest you to at the time of save the images in your computer choose format PNG istead JPG. It will be better quality :D

Also, I took an hour and a bit break and thought id try the great orb project. Im loving the new robes, also, it looks like the fastes way to gain P ess other than to buy it :o. Assumin you do 50/50.
