Where would be the best place to mine iron in f2p? I tried the Falador mines, but it just gets too crowded. Thanks.

Are you planning to bank, or simply powermine?

 

 

 

If you're brave enough, you could go to the Hobgoblin Mine located in the wilderness... it has 21 Iron :thumbsup:

 

 

 

Otherwise the only other options available to you are

 

- Rimmington mine

 

- South East/West Varrock

 

- AlKharid Chasm Mine

 

- Edgeville Mine

 

- Dwarven Mine

 

- Steel Mine (In wilderness)

 

 

 

Yup, I think that's about it as far as Iron mining goes for F2P. Which is the best?? well for a non-crowded area, logic would tell me Wilderness mines. For a sensible option I would personally go with Rimmington or AlKharid.

best is south-east varrock.. thats why its crowded. south-west varrock is also quite good.

I'm banking. I'll take a shot at SE Varrock and Rimmington see how crowded it is there. Thanks for the input!
