There was a player made one i read but i cant find it. If you can't find it, then it's probably horribly outdated price-wise anyway. Make sure you have a minimum of 750k at the coffers at all times and raise your popularity to 100% once a day. As for what resources to gather, fish has been giving the most profit for a long time and you could gain crafting levels if you put some workers on flax and spun it to bowstrings.
