Powman3
Ever since I hooked my computer back up in my new home, my sisters and I haven't been able to log into the iTunes store. We have a secure internet connection and I have tried all of Apple's troubleshooting steps on the matter. :wall: Whenever I try logging in, this message appears. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, thank you.
AndyPandy
Happens scarily often with the store. Just wait a bit, maybe an hour or two and it should work. It's no fault of yours/your equipment. So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth, These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf, Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in, Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything, Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel, Tear up the book and write your own damn rules, Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got, And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut, And realise that the other world that you're always looking for, Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door, And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas, After all, you were put on the earth to do this, So shine your light so bright that all can see, Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be. n64jive
Call apple customer support. It's their job to help you fix the problem and they will get it done a lot faster than anyone here will be able to..

An "unknown error" is very, very vague and it is highly unlikely someone will just be able to pop in with an answer. Just call Apple, they have the best tech support in the industry. They should be able to solve your problem.
