This is old news, but if Duradel is dead, a result of While Guthix sleeps, who assigns the high level tasks now that he's dead, and for those who have not done the quest, is he still there?

Yes, Lapalok gives out the skillcapes. He used to be called Disciple of the Devourer when the quest first came out, but they changed it to Lapalok now.

He's identical to Duradel in location and function. The only difference is his outfit is more raggedy, he's completely bald, and his face marks are green.
