Yes. Definitely. You shouldn't even be slaying if you don't have a black mask.

Yes. You should also do "Smoking Kills" as soon as possible, you get access to the points system, and a new slayer master.

Are you trying to buy one with charges? If so, buy the one without any charges (i.e. no number in the parenthesis). The charges are useless anyway.
