alright so I cought the pking bug and realized that my stats were too "main-ish" to really pk right and decided to make a new character, my idea is to get 40 attack 50 or higher strength and no other combat stats higher then 1, is this a good idea?

No, you definitely want range and mage backup. Mage adds magic defense, and should be used for combat, and range should also be used for combat. Depending on whether you are p2p or not, you will also want more attack, f2p should stop at 40 though.

All of these will also get you more hp, which is good. The trick to being good at pking is mixing the combat styles well.

Due to a typo, I am now stuck with 1k dragon darts and no buyer. Can I has bail out from tip.it plox?

Ghoul's advice is probably the way to go, although the people at Graveyard Help & Advice might be able to provide you with a more specific answer with builds they'd suggest etc. I'm not sure if it's very active anymore though.
