According to jagex's news, these were released at Target stores all over USA, well, my friend went to these stores to buy one and didn't find any, anyone knows where these are sold?

I havent been to a target to look for one yet but they sell a different type of Runescape card at 7/11's. Its $10 US and gives you a month of members for runescape and for gameorb.

They have them in the gift cards section near the DVD's, if not, try Wal-Mart.

I stopped in Blockbuster tonight and noticed they have a pretty big assortment of various gamecards. At least one of them listed Runescape as one of the games you can use it for. I believe it was the Ultimate Game Card that Jagex references in their 11/24/08 news article. I've not used this method so check it out thoroughly if you decide to try it.
