I've been training this skill on and off for a while now, and I'm glad I finally got it over with, because the cape is worth the money 101% in my opinion.

Levels 1-56: Miscellaneous; most big bones

 

Levels 56-70: Dragon bones on Gilded Altar @ 2300 per bone

 

Levels 71-78: Dragon bones on Gilded Altar @ 2200 per bone

 

Levels 79-90: Dragon bones on Gilded Altar @ 2050 per bone

 

Levels 91-95: Dragon bones on Gilded Altar @ 1800 per bone

 

Levels 96-99: Dragon bones on Gilded Altar @ 1848 per bone

 

 

 

TOTAL COST: ~120M
