Lol! Since it got bumped anyway, I might as well update the list from 2 years ago :P Since then I've finished these quests as well:

A tail of two cats

Enlightened journey

Icthlarin's little helper

Lost city

Rat Catchers

Recipe for disaster, dwarf, goblin and pirate pete subquests

Shilo village

Tears of guthix

The feud

The golem

The hand in the sand

The lost tribe

The tourist trap

It's also possible to do Eagle's peak and Observatory quest, but I'm a lazy lvl 3 and haven't done them yet

And although I don't know of anyone who has completed them, it's also theoretically possible to finish One small favour and Contact. That would give 96 quest points in total.

Right. You can do:

Black Knight's Fortress*

Cook's Assistant

Doric's Quest

Ernest The Chicken*

Goblin Diplomacy

Pirate's Treasure

Romeo And Juliet

Rune Mysteries

Sheep Shearer

Witch's Potion**

The Knight's Sword*

*You will be attacked in these quests.

**I can't remember if you get attack exp or not.

Moving to new account, subtle_rune. Please PM me there. Now you know that you can trust him!

Da Guru, my list is accurate, there's no point in posting an inaccurate one. You left out Prince ali rescue, Demon slayer and Shield of arrav, all p2p quests, and you can't do Witch's potion as a lvl 3.

Knights Sword can be. Just hope the cave is packed with people fighting.

actually it's not too tough

I brought my lvl 5 guy in there with just a pick and some food, got the blurite, then let the icies kill me

Knights sword gives relatively a ton of skills xp (smithing)

Oh my goodness! It just so happens that i had a lvl 5 guy and made it through with 6 ores (to make 5 swords for myself) And i was only lvl 5 because i had accidentally did the witches potion!!! I had lvl 1 def, 1 str, 1 att, and 10hp!!! (I am lvl 33 now...)

Right. You can do:

Black Knight's Fortress*

Cook's Assistant

Doric's Quest

Ernest The Chicken*

Goblin Diplomacy

Pirate's Treasure

Romeo And Juliet

Rune Mysteries

Sheep Shearer

Witch's Potion**

The Knight's Sword*

*You will be attacked in these quests.

**I can't remember if you get attack exp or not.

Well zamorak, duh you can do it at lvl 3!!!!!! noob

cross that off the list though, da garu, because hes a skiller and wants no combat lvls to be raised. Completing the witcheds potion gives you magic xp, which raises your combat lvl to 4, if your a skiller \' .
