January 4, 200917 yr Armoured Zombies. Wear a salve amulet (e) and use pure sets and piety. It's not really possible to get exp any faster than that. Most guides state the exp per hour you'd get at 99-99, so with 81 attack you'd be getting about 80k/hr.
