i was wondering if it is a good idea for me to train str on roaches cause they are good money. i need money. if i shouldnt what should i train on for good exp and cash

Roaches are fine, but I prefer ankou. They're more likely to give a good profit as roaches depend upon drops of rune items.

Cockroaches actually drop rune items quite often. I got 3 scims, 2 sq shields, and plenty of crimson charms in 1 inventory of tuna. (fighting soldiers)

I agree with Ankou, they are good training npc's and drop a decent amount of cash, death runes, rune essence, mithril ore. I made alot of cash of these creatures.
