Given my stats what's the best way for me to get charms and what's the best setup?

 

O I have a budget of 600k and haven't completed DT yet.

    Dragon Boots x4 - all less then 30 kc
    Godsword Shard (bandos)
    Granite Maul x 3

Greator deamons, cockroach soldiers and dust devils would be pretty good at your level, and generally most slayer monsters
